SHARPSGUARD® orange is a comprehensive range of containers for the disposal of sharps, excluding those contaminated with medicinal products and their residues.
The container labels indicate that disposal should be by incineration or other authorised process and is designed for the consignment of waste categorised by the following EWC (European Waste Catalogue) codes: 18 01 01, 18 01 03, 18 02 01, 18 02 02.

The label lists the following EWC codes as waste to be consigned in the yellow range: 18 01 01, 18 01 03, 01 01 09, 18 02 01, 18 02 02, 18 02 08.
